We of Sister District NYC marshal Big Apple-sized donations and volunteer efforts to boost Democratic contenders in close state legislative races. This year, we'll work in Virginia - and again prove that engaging voters in key districts means winning key reproductive, public safety, and school policies.

On April 26, we'll gather at 11:30 in City Hall Park for a quick primer on New Virginia Majority Education Fund, the grassroots group working as our partner to educate and motivate voters. Then we'll walk across the Brooklyn Bridge for conversation (and photos) and keep the dialogue going on the 718 side of the river.

Feel free to bring a brown-bag lunch or pick up lunch in Brooklyn Heights: as you do on canvasses, wear comfortable shoes and pack water. We hope you'll join us in the first of several steps to a deeper blue majority!
